1. Studio Retainers & Services

NEARco provides creative direction, social media management, short-form reel production, performance advertising, and on-ground activations. Specific project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are established in mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) or commercial service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon settlement of project invoices, final edited video reels, graphic design assets, and marketing collateral produced specifically for the client become the property of the client, while NEARco reserves the right to display published work within our professional portfolio and case studies.

3. Pricing & Proposals

Published rates and package estimates are indicative. Final rates are confirmed via written proposals or direct WhatsApp consultations based on client brand requirements and production scale.
